INteract Arts Group

The INteract Arts Group has been meeting on a monthly basis since August, 2006 with participating artists from all 6 regional counties as well as others from the area. Meetings are usually held at 6:00 pm on the 3rd Tuesday of the month with topics selected by participants on subjects such as choosing locations to perform, sell, or exhibit your art; showcasing your art talent; and state funding for individual artists.

No meeting is held during July or December.

The next meeting is scheduled for Tuesday, Feburary 16, 2010, at the Jasper Arts Center. The group will be meeting at 6:00 pm (EDT). Guest speaker, Bonita Embry Combs, of the CCCF, will present a FREE workshop on the topic of Budgeting for Non-profits and small orginizations. Budgeting is critical to successful grant applications. This workshop will benefit anyone who would like to learn more about this critical area. Perhaps you will be inspired to apply for a project of your own in the years to come.

INteract is open to any artist -visual art, music, dance, literature, theatre, (amateur to professional)or arts patron/supporter in the region and surrounding area.
