Keep your same seats all season long! Subscribers get the best seats available to the events because they have first choice at renewing their subscription each year. Event reminder stickers that come with your subscription offer a handy way to mark your personal calendar to remind you of upcoming events.Lost Tickets
If you've misplaced your ticket to an event, don't worry. We keep track of all subscriber seating locations and will happily issue you a replacement ticket prior to the show.Tax Deductible Offering
If you are unable to use your tickets for a performance, you may donate them to the JCAC for a tax deductible, charitable contribution. Ticket returns must be made 48 hours in advance of the performance. A tax-deductible receipt will be mailed once the original tickets are received at the box office.
